I will discuss my fees with you on our initial phone call and when we meet.
I am an in-network provider with Aetna. That means that Aetna sets your fee, and my rate of reimbursement. An Aetna representative can tell you about your plan’s in-network benefits, including whether you have a deductible to meet before moving to a copay, and what your copay is per session.
I am an out-of-network provider with all other insurances. An insurance representative can tell you if you have out-of-network benefits, and what they are. Depending on your plan, you may receive a sizable reimbursement. I will provide you with a bill with the information your insurance company needs to process your claim. If you do not have out-of-network benefits, we can discuss if you may qualify for a reduced rate, based on your income and expenses.
I am happy to provide bills for reimbursement from HSA, FSA and similar types of accounts.
